What these cards are
Crash Card products are quick-reference aids intended for trained healthcare professionals. They condense openly published reference material into a badge-sized format so that information a clinician already knows how to use is faster to reach. The card states; you decide.
What these cards are not
- Not medical advice. Nothing on a card is advice, instruction, or a recommendation for any specific patient.
- Not a protocol. A card does not establish, replace, or modify any clinical protocol, order set, or standard of care.
- Not a substitute. A card is never a substitute for clinical judgment, your institution's protocols, medical direction, or the primary literature.
- Not a medical device. These are printed informational products. They are not FDA-regulated medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Accuracy and currency
Card content is derived from openly published references and is clinician-reviewed before printing. Even so, we make no warranty — express or implied — that any card is accurate, complete, or current. Guidelines change; dosing conventions vary; errors are possible. A printed card cannot update itself.
Your responsibility
Before applying anything a card states to patient care, you must verify it against your local protocols, your medical direction, and current published guidelines. If a card conflicts with your protocol or with current guidance, the card is wrong for your setting — follow your protocol. Use of these cards is limited to professionals qualified, licensed, and authorized to act on the information they contain.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claustrum LLC d/b/a Crash Card, a Minnesota limited liability company, disclaims all liability for clinical decisions, actions, or omissions made in reliance on any card. Our total liability arising from any product is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including injury or patient harm arising from use of card content.
Reporting errors
If you find an error on any card, tell us: support@crashcard.co. We take content reports seriously and correct confirmed errors in subsequent print runs.
