Terms of Sale

Effective date: July 22, 2026

These terms govern purchases from crashcard.co, operated by Claustrum LLC d/b/a Crash Card, a Minnesota limited liability company ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not order.

Products

We sell physical printed PVC clinical reference badge cards (2.25 × 3.5 in). They are reference aids — informational products, not medical devices. See our Medical Disclaimer, which is part of these terms. We work to keep product descriptions accurate, but minor variations in print color and finish can occur.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout; we never see or store your card number. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund of anything charged.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Shipping is free. In-stock orders ship within 2 business days from Minnesota. First-run preorders state their expected ship date on the product page; that date is an estimate, and we will notify you if it changes.

Returns

Unused cards may be returned within 30 days. Damaged or misprinted cards are replaced free. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy, which is part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including any claim arising from clinical use of or reliance on card content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted at the time you place your order applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date on this page.
