Who you are contracting with
These terms govern the sale of Crash Card products by Claustrum LLC, a limited liability company. "Crash Card" is a registered trade name (DBA) of Claustrum LLC. Any contract of sale is with Claustrum LLC.
Order and product support: orders@crashcard.co.
Products
Crash Card sells physical printed reference cards. Products are made to order and printed in-house. Colour rendition on a physical card may differ from its on-screen representation, which is a normal characteristic of the printing process and not a defect.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full at our discretion.
Your card statement will show CRASH CARD.
Card pricing
Pack savings apply automatically across eligible reference cards, including mixed titles and extra copies. Intermediate quantities receive automatic quantity savings too. The order review shows the savings and shipping charge before payment.
Shipping
Shipping rates are published on the shipping pageand shown before payment. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC, with no minimum. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international destinations are excluded.
Taxes
Where applicable, sales tax is included in the displayed order total. We calculate tax from the shipping address during Stripe Checkout; it does not increase the listed price.
Returns and refunds
See the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The design, layout, arrangement, and presentation of Crash Card products are the property of Claustrum LLC. Purchasing a card grants you the right to use it as a personal reference. It does not grant the right to reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the card's design or arrangement for commercial purposes.
Clinical facts, doses, and values are not themselves subject to copyright. Where a card cites an external standard, that standard remains the property of its publisher, and citation implies no endorsement or affiliation.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
