Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Claustrum LLC d/b/a Crash Card ("we," "us") collects at crashcard.co, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what an order requires, and little else.

What we collect

  • Order and contact information. When you check out, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details on our behalf. We receive the order details and contact information we need to fulfill and support your order.
  • Shopping cart. Your cart is stored in your own browser's localStorage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us until you check out.
  • Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a minimal, privacy-preserving service. It gives us aggregate page-view counts without cookies, cross-site tracking, or individual profiles.

What we do not collect

  • No payment card numbers ever touch our servers. Stripe processes payment; see Stripe's privacy policy for how it handles your data.
  • No advertising trackers, no third-party ad networks, no tracking cookies.
  • No sale of your data. Ever. We also do not rent, trade, or share it for marketing.

How we use your information

We use your information to process orders, ship products, handle returns, and answer support requests. We email you about your order — confirmation, shipping, and support — and nothing else unless you explicitly opt into a mailing list. You can leave any list at any time using the unsubscribe link.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for support, returns, tax, and accounting obligations. We do not keep data longer than we have a reason to.

Deletion and access requests

Email support@crashcard.co to request access to or deletion of your personal information. We will respond promptly and honor requests except where the law requires us to retain records (for example, tax records of completed sales).

Children

Our site and products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date on this page.
