FAQ
How durable are the cards?
Rigid PVC, water-resistant, printed to be cleaned. Wipe-downs with standard hospital disinfectant wipes are expected use. If a card fails on you in normal service, we replace it — email support@crashcard.co.
What does “clinician-reviewed” mean?
Content is drafted from openly published references (e.g., ARDSnet, TCCC guidance, standard texts) and reviewed by practicing clinicians before printing. It is a reference aid — verify against your local protocols. It is not medical advice and not a protocol.
Is the content a medical protocol?
No. Every card is a quick-reference aid for trained professionals. It does not replace clinical judgment, institutional protocols, medical direction, or primary literature. See the medical disclaimer.
When do cards ship?
In-stock cards ship within 2 business days from Minnesota with tracking. First-production-run cards ship starting July 25. Free US shipping on every order.
Do you take bulk or team orders?
Yes — units, agencies, and programs are exactly who these are for. Email support@crashcard.co with the card mix and quantity and we'll quote it.
What are color skins?
The same card content on different background colorways. Field-kit tan is the standard; more skins (including the girlypop colorway) roll out per card.
Do you ship internationally?
US only at launch. International is on the roadmap — email us and we'll note your country.
Returns?
30-day returns on unused cards, and free replacement if a card arrives damaged or misprinted. See the returns policy.
